1. If I reserve the concert online, how do I get my tickets?
After you have reserved your tickets at www.concerts-petersburg.com, you will get a Reservation Confirmation per mail. Print your Reservation, show it at the evening box office, or just tell us your reservation number, pay for the tickets and enjoy the concert!
2. How do you know if there are seats available for a certain date?
If the concert is sold out, it will be impossible to reserve seats for it online or per telephone. If you already have a Reservation Confirmation - your seats are100% guarantied.
3. Can I change the concert date after my tickets are reserved?
Yes, you can change the concert date, Contact the St Petersburg Imperial Orchestra at least 2 days (48 hours) before the concert in order to change the date.
4. Can I cancel my already confirmed tickets?
Yes, you can cancel your confirmed tickets up to 2 days (48 hours) before the concert.
5. What if the performance is cancelled?
This is extremely unlikely to happen. However, if a concert is cancelled, we will immediately inform you per mail. If you wish so, you will be also given another opportunity to attend the concert at another date.
